Arriving Within 3 Hours of Start Time:
Event staff will be at the starting venue to scan tickets and register participants until 3 hours after the start time. For example, if an event starts at 2pm, and you arrive before 5pm, you'll likely miss some of the festivities, but you can at least check in with staff and get the event wristband.
Arriving 3+ Hours After Start Time:
Arriving this late will miss the starting party and your opportunity to receive the event wristband.
That said, the ticket will still unlock the event in the app, and you can still "check in" at venues and spin-to-win prizes - including the "final prize" for completing the crawl.
The only issue is that staff at participating venues may deny you access to prizes or specials if you do not have the event wristband on. Please note, once you "check in" at a venue using the app, you forfeit your opportunity to cancel the ticket for credit (see below).
Missing the Event:
If you're going to miss the event, you can cancel your ticket for credit from the personal dashboard on our website. Sign in to your account and click "View, Send or Modify Tickets". From that screen you can cancel an individual ticket or the whole order for credit. A credit equal to the purchase price of the ticket will be issued in the form of a promo code you can use towards future event tickets. The code is good for a year.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for cancelled tickets or missed events. All sales are final.
